The license key has a protection system tied to the operating system, the user's equipment profile and to the PC on which activation is performed, therefore, after reinstalling the system, uninstalling the software, after cleaning the equipment profile, or when preparing a new working PC, the license must be reactivated.

PRO, Spectrum, Quant and Neopoint scanners are shipped to customers with a non-activated license.

The user independently activates the license, for this it is required to send an individual key number (ID) and copies of documents confirming the purchase of the scanner to [email protected]

In a response letter, the user will receive an activation code, which must be entered into the program window.

The key number is unique for each scanner.

Before any change in the operating system or removal of software, it is recommended that you first save the activation code to removable media.

No license deactivation is required for these activities.

The "Deactivate license" button is present in the "License" window and can be used to temporarily disable the functionality of the software.

The license activation code can be reused on different PCs and different Windows systems.

License activation is tied to a user account.

When you start a non-activated program, a license window appears with a field for entering an activation code.

There are also a number of signs on the home screen that indicate that the program license has not been activated.
